Cause
When checking the Glacier option during an archive, Rapid Recovery sends the information to an S3 bucket first, then moves the data to Glacier, leaving the metadata in the S3 bucket. Using a Glacier endpoint bypasses the S3 bucket step, which causes the archive jobs to fail.

Resolution
- Edit the existing Amazon S3 account and remove the Service endpoint field information
- Or create a new Amazon S3 cloud account filling the Access key and Secret key leaving in blank the Service endpoint field
